This book is a Smyth sewn binding book. The binding threads are used to pass through the fold of 16 or 24 page signature. Smyth sewn books can lay completely flat, so they are widely applied for restaurant style cook books,photographic magazines or children's books, etc. If large quantity of books are printed on offset printers, publishers and printing factories prefer this method as their first choice. But these books are printed via digital printer, this Smyth Sewing is not the first choice, because digital printers are better for delivering single sheets rather than signatures.

The color of our digital sample is 95% similar to that of printed sample on Heidelberg printer. They are put in our strict color management system. We can supply a whole set of digital printing sample for your reference. Of course, you can see its final binding effects after receiving this digital sample. It can be finished within three days. 

We ensure the color consistency through our advanced Koda CTP system and strict color management procedures from pre-press to printing on the printer.

1)When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

2)How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

3)How long can I expect to get the sample?  

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. 

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. 

You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4)What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.  

Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
